About Don Perinion
Don Perinion is
the beat-producing power behind DonBeats.com™. He is a young and ambitious beatmaker, who entered the hip hop arena twelve years ago as an MC. In the beginning it's all about demo records and free style performances with friends. In 1995 he gets together with 7 more MC-s and creates the group Mad Clan. The studio becomes their home & Mad Clan records 12 songs, which are spread by hand and are not released officially.
Soon the band breaks up, and Don Perinion teams up with Josefata - an MC who's also deeply involved with the hip hop culture. In 1997 they create the Bohemi group, and soon their first album "Day for a Day " is out, with songs targeting mostly the clubs. The album also includes special appearances from other groups among which is the widely popular at the time "Rubber Heads".
In addition to him being an MC, Don Perinion gradually gets involved with the business of beatmaking, taking advantage of his experience in the area. Now he has setup his own home studio, where he assembles his beats using HQ instruments and software. The highest priority for him now is giving the scene cool and sophisticated beats to offer at DonBeats.com™.
