1. The exclusive rights & copyright of the musical compositions offered by DonBeats.com are transfered to the customer.
2. This agreement grants the customer the exclusive rights to use the acquired beat for the following purposes: Audio Albums, Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television and/or Radio Broadcast, Internet Background Music, On-Hold & In-House Background Music, and/or Film Soundtracks.
3. DonBeats.com reserves the right to demo the sold beats as such in its archives, but will not sell the beat or its sources to anyone else.
