By purchasing non-exclusive (demo) music sold under DonBeats.com, you automatically become bound to the terms of this Terms and Conditions agreement.
1. The royalty free non-exclusive musical compositions sold by DonBeats.com remain the property of DonBeats.com and are licensed, not sold, to you the licensee.
2. DonBeats.com license grants you (the licensee) the right to use DonBeats.com's demo beats only Artist Demonstrations (as a recorded or live performance). Additionally, specific limitations exist for Recording Artists where DonBeats.com's musical compositions can only be used for demonstration purposes and must contain ADDITIONAL AUDIO AND VOCAL PERFORMANCES recorded against the DonBeats.com compositions.
Failing to obtain the proper legal license from DonBeats.com will only result in heafty copyright infringement fines and possible confimement. NOTE: A single violation of federal copyright laws will cost you a $30,000.00 fine.
3. The License expressly FORBIDS resale or other distribution of DonBeats.com compositions, either as the exist OR any modification thereof. You CANNOT sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or transfer all OR any of the products sold under DonBeats.com to another user, or for use in any competitive product.
Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws of the United States and other countries. Any infringement of copyright will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
